The bellelady website is published by the company Aldaprod SASU. This company has its registered office at 13 rue du sillon – 77500 Chelles – France. It is registered in the Seine et Marne Trade and Companies Register under siret number 84175191000016. You can contact us using the contact button or the phone number on the site.
ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT
These conditions govern sales by the company bellelady, an online store specializing in women accessories and clothing.
ARTICLE 2 – PRICE
The prices of our products are indicated in euros (or in the user’s currency) all taxes included. They therefore take into account VAT and any other taxes applicable on the day of the order in France. If you are ordering from a country other than France, please check with your local authorities for any taxes.
All our prices are indicated in euros and Aldaprod reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price list in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability.
ARTICLE 3 – PAYMENT
For the comfort of the buyer, bellelady can offer several secure payment methods such as credit card, paypal, bank transfer or bank check.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
The average delivery times are between 48 and 96h for France if you have chosen the “express delivery” option when ordering.
If the “express delivery” option is not available for an item, you will see the mention “Delivery in two to seven working days” on the sheet of the product in question and this delivery will be applied to France and some neighbouring countries such as Belgium for example.
If express delivery is not available for an item and there is no specification on the product sheet in question, the time will therefore be ten to twenty-two working days for France, and fifteen to forty working days for the other countries (depending on your country of residence). We do our best to ship your package as quickly as possible. I remind you that you can contact us at any time to find out where the products you have ordered on our site are by clicking on the contact button.
Orders with multiple different items may result in multiple packages being received a few days apart, as we send you items that do not require a lot of priority preparation time so that you can enjoy at least one of your purchases while waiting for our team to do what is necessary to ship the others.
In accordance with our policy, if you do not receive your order within sixty business days or an order error from us, you will be fully refunded. By simply sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org .
It is up to you to provide us with the exact information concerning your identity and postal address, because in the event of an incorrect address, your order will not be processed and you will not be able to request a refund if we have sent your package to the address you have given us and the latter is incorrect.
ARTICLE 5- SATISFIED OR REFUNDED WARRANTY
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days of receipt of your package.
The withdrawal period (Satisfied or refunded Guarantee) expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically take possession of the last item.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us (Aldaprod – bellelady – 13 rue du sillon – 77500 Chelles, E-mail: email@example.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e. g. letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) and have a confirmation answer from us.
For the withdrawal period to be respected, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
In the event of a retraction by you, we will refund the amounts you paid to purchase the products in our shop, except for delivery and return costs, as these costs are refunded to the transport service, which will deliver your package to you in complete security.
We grant you a maximum period of fourteen days, starting from the day we are informed of your decision to retract your wish to return the product to us so that the carrier you have chosen can give us the return package. We will refund you using the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction, provided that:
– That the products purchased have never been worn,
– The labels are always present,
– The original packaging of the product is present.
In other words, the products must be in their original condition and must be able to be sold to other customers.
If any of the above points are not met, we can either remove a certain percentage (depending on the problem we find) of the amount you have paid us to compensate for the damage you have caused.
ARTICLE 6 – LIABILITY

The bellelady Seller shall not be held liable for the non-performance of the contract concluded due to the occurrence of an event of force majeure. With respect to the Products purchased, the Seller shall not be liable for any indirect damages hereunder, operating loss, loss of profit, damage or costs, which may arise.
The choice and purchase of a Product or Service is the sole responsibility of the Customer. The total or partial inability to use the Products, in particular because of the incompatibility of the equipment, may not give rise to any compensation, refund or liability on the part of the Seller, except in the case of a proven hidden defect, non-compliance, defect or exercise of the right of withdrawal if applicable, i. e. if the Customer is not a Consumer Customer and the contract concluded to acquire the Product or the Service allows withdrawal, in accordance with Article L 121-21 of the Consumer Code.
The Client expressly admits to using the site under his exclusive responsibility. In any case, bellelady can under no circumstances be held responsible:
A malfunction, unavailability of access, misuse, improper configuration of the Customer’s computer, or the use of a browser not commonly used by the Customer;
The content of advertisements and other external links or sources accessible by customers from the Site.
The Seller shall therefore not be held liable if the characteristics of the Products differ from the visuals on the Site or if they are erroneous or incomplete or if the customer does not comply with the instructions given regarding the use of the products.
ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA
The company Aldaprod, manager of the bellelady boutique, reserves the right to collect personal information and personal data about you.
